Edgerston Rink Smithy

Until 1980 the Smithy belonged to the Laird of Edgerston and was the  Blacksmiths Cottage and Forge on his Country Estate. It is now privately owned by Roy and Glenis who have been providing B&B at Edgerston for 7 years. and run for the benefit of their customers to a standard they would expect themselves.

Located only 4 miles from the Border Frontier at Carter Bar with views overlooking the Cheviot Hills to the east and far reaching views to the South and North. A short walk through the woods reveals a westward panoramic scene where Buzzards can be heard calling and Deer still wander at will.

The more adventurous can take advantage of Roy's local walking knowledge and his drop off and pick up service offering directions and maps to maximise your pleasure as you explore the Border Countryside.
